I'm Megan Gillispie, the proud founder and licensed Property Manager In Charge at Swell Management Co. We're not your typical property management and consulting firm - we specialize in short-term rentals, and we're here to revolutionize your property management experience.
With over 11 years of dedicated service in the Marine Corps, wearing multiple hats as an aircraft mechanic and Drill Instructor, I transitioned into the world of real estate investing. In late 2021, I embarked on a journey into short-term rentals in Beaufort, South Carolina. Within the first year, I accomplished a remarkable 91% occupancy rate, welcomed over 50 groups of guests through four distinct platforms, generated gross revenue exceeding $55,000, and amassed a treasure trove of valuable insights.
